Data controller
The data controller is ABC Translation. For any questions about data processing, email info@abc-office.eu.
What we collect
When you send a request we collect the data you enter in the form (name, email, phone, description of your request) and any attached documents. The server also records your IP address to protect the form against abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and perform the service you order. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Recipients
Requests are delivered to our business email, provided by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Documents you order certification for are submitted to the competent institutions (courts, ministries, embassies, notaries) only to the extent needed to perform the service.
Retention
Requests that do not become orders are deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication. Data from completed orders is kept as long as accounting and other regulations require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
